Beware of carbon monoxide (Chad)

It takes a 2017/2018 heating season. At this time we operate more heating equipment and worsen cases of poisoning people carbon monoxide (Chad). Each year because of carbon monoxide poisoning, popularly known as Chad, killed dozens of people.

Carbon monoxide is formed during incomplete combustion (with oxygen). The gas extremely threatening to the life, because it is undetectable senses (odorless, colorless and tasteless). Blocks the access of oxygen to the body, by taking his place in the red blood cells, causing death by suffocation.

TAKE CARE FOR THE SAFETY OF YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES!


Be sure!

·       Check the condition of all kinds of devices for space heating or water, and most of all gas appliances!

·       Make sure to periodically review the chimney!

·       Provide the supply of adequate quantities of air, especially to the boiler room and bathrooms, kitchens and other rooms, in which there are gas fired device!

·       Check the patency of a ventilation system and the condition of the structures that carry the gases. Do not zatykaj the vents and air ventilation of immigrant and holes in the door!

·       Do not heat the living quarters gas cooker!

·       Take care of the Exchange, or repair by persons having the appropriate permissions, faulty heating devices!


Watch out!

·       If you have a tight window, the risks associated with improper ventilation is especially dangerous.

·       If you have any doubts please contact immediately to the owner or Manager of the building-it is he who is responsible for its safe use.

·       You can mount the carbon monoxide sensor in public areas, which used gas devices are used to heat water and/or space heating.
