Deadline to Tuesday 27 February 2018:

·         personally lodged at MOSiR in Elk, ul. Piłsudski 29

·         electronically: d.jezewski@mosir.elk.pl

Conditions of participation:

·       the team are students of one school

·       the school may submit up to a maximum of 1 tournament team

·       players cannot change the colors of the team

·       the age of the guardian, who is responsible for the underage players during the tournament

·       each player must have a current medical examination in the absence of the responsibility of the guardian

Awards:

·         cups for all teams

·         MVP of the tournament

·         best goalkeeper

·         best shooter
