"The great war through the eyes of Polish women"

The historical Museum in Elk offers a series of lectures on the occasion of the 100 anniversary of the restoration of independence. The first meeting of the "great war through the eyes of Polish women" will be held February 26 at 8:00 pm. 18:00 at the headquarters of the MHE, ul. Małeckich 3/2. The lecture will be hosted by Assoc. Prof. IH MR. Catherine Perry. Admission is free.

On Monday, February 26 will be held open lecture "the great war through the eyes of Polish women" on the occasion of the 100 anniversary of the restoration of independence.

The program of lectures on the first semester:

April 6 at 7:00 pm. 18:00

·         "Culture to independence by Poland"

·         the lecture will guide-Prof. dr HAB. Zbigniew Chojnowski (UWM)

May 9 at 7:00 pm. 18:00

·         "Czechoslovak-Polish Conflict of Tesin 1918-1920"

·         the lecture will lead-Dr Grzegorz (Institute of History of the University of Warsaw)

June 11 at 7:00 pm. 18:00

·         "In foreign uniforms. Poles in the armies of countries possessive 1914-19 "

·         the lecture will lead-dr HAB. Piotr Szlanta (Institute of History of the University of Warsaw)
