Zander piernikowym sauce-awarded during the competition with a ladle of the President

Fish "Shark" took first place in the XIII "Culinary Contest of Ladle of the Mayor of the city of Elk." While second place ex aequo took restaurant "between the lines" and "Pierożkarnia Caffe".

· Fried Pike perch on the piernikowym sauce. This mousse of cauliflower and beet, firewood from the kindziuka, compressed cucumber and potato in ashes

2nd Prize ex aequo

· Restaurant "between the lines" and the restaurant "Pierożkarnia Café"
