Safe holiday in ełk

In connection with the start of the holidays President Elk Tomasz Andrukiewicz returns to the inhabitants and resting in our city visitors appeal for safe and prudent spending of free time.
Parents and caregivers. Note pay particular attention to children and young people living near bodies of water. Let us be vigilant not to health or life of young people.

Lake, River
- Swim only in areas controlled, or where there is a lifeguard WOPR
- Do not enter the water where bathing is prohibited
- Don't jump to the water. Before entering the water ochlap her chest, neck and leg-avoid thermal shock, dangerous for our body
- Don't jump into the water in places unknown, it may end up being death or disability
- Bathing on the bathing pay attention to other people, someone could need your help
Exposure to the Sun
- Keep the moderation in spending in the Sun
- Wear hats
- Avoid exercise in full sun
- Protect yourself in the shade in the afternoon
