Association of Polish Cities resumed campaign "throwing parties or your city", which is to remind residents that together with your representatives in Government can shape their immediate surroundings. The campaign has a m.in. interest in participation in the vote in local elections.

Local and regional authorities in relation to Polish Cities encourage residents to engage in local affairs and influence how they look of the city and how they live. Therefore, the Polish Cities initiative has become aware of the residents, that together with their representatives in local Government can shape their immediate surroundings.

"Throwing parties or your city-I'm going for elections", "throwing parties or your city – we vote in the civil budget", "throwing parties or your city-work in NGOs", "throwing parties or your city – I submit requests to plan my neighborhood" are just some of the passwords appearing in the campaign. On the site have been presented specific tools and paths, from which residents can and should use.

In the campaign we emphasize that the inhabitants have a choice-can choose their representatives, and I leave the decision on our behalf, but can – and should – they themselves engage in the organisation of the city, "says Andrzej Porawski, Director of the Office of the Towns Polish.

MASS-MEDIA campaign is implemented m.in. on the radio RMF FM, on the virtual Portal Poland, in "Rzeczpospolita" and "Republic of Life of the regions and in social media. Accompanied by her actions on local advertising media ZMP member cities.
