Celebrations on the occasion of the transfer of the banner of Polish Association of breeders of Pigeons Branch in Elk was held April 6 at Regielnicy. The celebration began the mass in the parish of St. Joseph, Spouse Of The Blessed Virgin Mary.

Then, on the square in front of the Church was held on the transfer of the banner Branch Elk PZHGP. During the celebrations also were awarded badges.

In the ceremony to give the flag m.in participated. Vice President of Elk Artur Urbanski, Mayor of the city and the municipality of Biała Piska Beata Sokołowska and invited guests, including breeders of pigeons with their families.

Godparents of the banner were President Elk Tomasz Andrukiewicz and Mayor of the city and the municipality of Biała Piska Beata Sokołowska.

The banner he founded the Committee the Foundation with Management Branch Elk PZHGP, community associations and Friends Branch Elk.
