The idea of the award is to highlight people who, in a special daily work, activity and commitment serve the city and its and contribute to the promotion of Elk.

Prizes are awarded to natural, legal and other entities for specific achievements in the previous calendar year or for the total activity in 8 categories:

1.       Patron of Sport

2.       Athlete of the Year

3.       Artistic Award

4.       Patron of Culture

5.       Ambassador of Elk

6.       Entrepreneur of the Year

7.       A demeanor worthy of imitation

8.       Special Prize

Award awarded on request:

·           Mayor of Elk

·           Chairman of the Elk City Council or a group of 5 Councillors other government and local government bodies

·           NGOs, social, economic, professional, trade union

·           local, regional and nationwide media

·           groups of 25 adult natural persons, constantly residing in the city of Elk
