Elk City Hall in June 2019 launched the Free Notification System "SMS/e-mail Ełk info", which gives you the ability to notify residents via SMS or e-mail. The system is completely free for residents. Anyone who has registered, will be able to receive an SMS or e-mail sent by an employee of the City Hall from the various useful messages e.g. about the current obstacles and changes in the traffic organisation, sporting and cultural events, most important information from Elk.

Registration itself is fast and easy. Simply enter the basic data: phone number, e-mail address (whereby you can specify both two and one ways of receiving the information).

Z at the end of 2011, the City of Elk launched the first direct sms and e-mail contact with the residents of our city. Trader pensio system. The task of the portal was to visualize the individual accounts of traders on the basis of data stored in the information system of the Ełk City Council and enabled the settlement of backlog through the available online payment channels.

The current Notification system "SMS/e-mail Ełk info" opens further channels of communication with the office via SMS and e-mail and is part of the creation of the city Smart City.
