New Shopping Center "Carousel" is being built on Industrial Street, next to the Castorama store. Yesterday 18 in June, a ceremony was held to mark the completion of the main construction work Object. "Carousel" in Elk is one of the largest projects resulting from the cooperation of the Belgian investor Mitiska REIM and the Polish carousel holding developer. The object is built on the Elk ring road in the economic zone. The "Carousel" will provide employment for up to 350 people. The total investment cost is more than 100 million $1.00. The opening of the first part of the facility is scheduled for the IV quarter of 2020.

As part of the investment, a complex of buildings of more than 21,000 sqm, which together with the existing Castorama will be the area with the highest concentration of trade in the region. In new buildings will have more than 30 shops and the largest in the b1 food hypermarket from the Schiever group, which is a franchisee of Auchan. There will also be a gas station and a ride-hailing restaurant. In front of the center a spacious ground car park will be built, which will eventually 1,200 cars. In Carousel, premises will open companies known Polish and European brands.
