Rental of rehabilitation equipment

The Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Elk rents equipment free of charge rehabilitation and orthopaedic examination. The rental service is open from Monday Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 12:0 7:30 - 15:00.

At the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Elk at ul. Piłsudski 8 is free equipment rental rehabilitation and orthopaedic examination. Residents of Elk, sick people and persons with disabilities who have a disability certificate may benefit from the equipment in house conditions.

Hardware sharing conditions:

equipment rental is free of charge, fixed-term period, on the basis of a lending agreement,
the condition of the loan is presentation of the disability certificate and the relevant medical certificate confirming the need for the use of medical equipment at home,
before the conclusion of the contract, it is required to familiarize yourself with the rental company's terms and conditions and use of the rental equipment, certified by a written statement.

Loaner rehabilitation facilities (m.in. wheelchairs, crutches, mattresses, balconies rehabilitation bikes, small, medium and large) will be able to obtain on-site information on how to use the equipment.

The rental offer is not only an offer for people in need of support in the form of rehabilitation equipment, but also a place where the equipment held at home can be transferred free of charge, others will be able to benefit.

Equipment rental is open from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 7:30 – 15:00.
