School trip for students with disabilities for 2020/2021

Parents and carers of students with disabilities can apply for funding to purchase of textbooks, educational and exercise materials in the school year 2020/2021. In order to benefit from the grant, you must submit an application to the school head, which the student attends in the new school year. Applications may be submitted up to 11 September 2020.

Government programme to help students with disabilities in the form of a grant for the purchase of textbooks, educational and exercise materials in previous years the program functioned under the name "School Expedition". The programme is aimed at students Disabled guests:

visually impaired, deaf, hard of hearing,
with mobility disabilities, including aaesthys,
with autism, including Asperger's syndrome,
with a slight degree of intellectual disability,
with moderate or severe intellectual disabilities.

Students must have a decision on the need for special education issued by a panel operating in a public counselling centre psychological and pedagogical, attending the 2020/2021 school year to:

vocational school of the 1st degree,
grade I of the second-level vocational school,
grades I and II of a four-year high school general education,
grades II and III of the previous three-year high school general education, conducted in a four-year general high school,
Classes I and II of the five-year technical school,
grades II to IV of the previous four-year technical college conducted in a five-year technical school,
a special school for work,

Help shall be granted on request:

student's guardians,
an adult student,
teacher, social worker, other person, with the consent of the student's guardians or adult student.

In the year 2020/2021, the programme is aimed at students with disabilities attending secondary schools. Applications must be submitted to the head of the school in the city of Elk, to which the 2020/2021 school year by 11 September 2020.

Amount of the grant to purchase manuals ranges from 225 PLN to 445 PLN. depending on what type of school the child Attends.

In the year 2019/2020 funding from the Government's Student Support Programme disabled "School Trip" received 93 students for a total amount of more than 22,000 $1.00.
