Scholarships can be awarded to pupils of Ełcki primary schools (from v) and General High School in the Team of Sports Schools in Elk, who together meet the following Criteria:

• are active and involved in social activities for the local, school and peer communities;

• achieve very good results in (the average for the last school year – not less than 4.5 and at least good behavioural assessment).

Z an application for a student grant may be applied for:

• school principal, parents' council,

• Parents

• foundations, associations, organisations and other entities supporting or implementing educational activities on the for the benefit of the students.

Applications must be submitted to the general Office of the City of Elk until 15 September 2020 (ul. Marsz. J. Piłsudski 4, room 02).

In 2020, the city's budget for scholarships for social activity and academic performance 60,000 planned. $1.00.

To so far, PLN 36,600 has been allocated for 35 scholarships for the period January - June 2020
