Scholarships are awarded in one of the following areas: fine arts, theatre and performing arts, music and dance, singing, literature, film, photography, organisation of cultural projects in the city of Elk.

The scholarship may be awarded to a person who:

• operates in the area of culture in the the city of Elk,
• has undertaken or continues to educate art studios or otherwise improve the workshop Artistic
• participated (according to its level of education) in concerts, individual and collective exhibitions, reviews, competitions, festivals, tournaments, artistic olympiad and similar events of regional, national or regional scope. international level, with significant results,
• will present the effect of its actions related to the implementation of the scholarship programme to the inhabitants of the city of Elk in the form of specified in the scholarship agreement,
• impeccable attitude.

In 2020, 13 scholarships were awarded to a total of 48,000 people. £10

Important information for scholarship candidates:

• there is an obligation to submit recommendation issued by a person with significant acquis in the in the field of culture and art,
• model scholarship application requires m.in detailed description of the scholarship programme (min. 1500 characters), which will allow verification of the legitimacy of financial support for persons artistic creation and the dissemination of culture and art.
