Time to revitalize the lake for north ii

Soon, the first works related to the revitalization of the site at the residential pond on the north ii in Elk will begin. The investment has been divided into stages. The first phase is expected to be completed by the end of May 2021.

The City of Elk has signed a contract for the development of the area around the lake at north II in Elk, as part of the contract entitled "Development of municipal land on the north II estate in Elk covering the area in the area of the lake/residential pond – 1etap". The investment related to the revitalization of the site has been divided into stages.

The first stage mainly involves demulsification and formation and strengthening of the lake shores. The scope of work to be carried out also includes the demolition of existing stairs, grubbing-up of bushes and herbacoutic plants, as well as the execution of the beach and lawns.

The first phase is expected to be completed by the end of May 2021.

The cost of the investment is about 700 thousand PLN.

The next stage of the investment will include the replacement of the sidewalk around the lake, as well as the m.in of lighting, stairs or teletechnical sewer for future monitoring. The tender for the second stage of the investment has already been decided, and next week it is planned to sign a contract with the contractor.
