"Local Sports Animator" is a project that aims to support the development of children and young people by increasing their motor activity leading to an improvement in the efficiency of the physical capacity, motor skills, health status and associated quality of Life.

In as part of the project, the City of Elk has received in the amount of PLN 43,000. With additional financial resources will be carried out sports activities carried out by 8 animators out of 4 school playgrounds. In The project will run until 30 November 2021.

Classes will take place on the pitches at the Ełcki primary schools:

• Primary School No. 4 at ul. Prof. Wł. Saffron
• Primary School No. 5 at St. .M.M. Kolbego
• Primary School No. 7 with Integration Units at ul. J. Kiliński
• Team of Sports Schools at Ul. Suwalska

Also at Primary School No. 9 im. Pope John Paul II on the pitch, which was created as part of the "Close to Pitch" additionally, 2 animators will be hired to work according to the "Eagles" timesheet.

Project " Local Sports Animator" is funded by the Ministry of Sport Tourism. The total value of the project is PLN 86,400 including:

• obtained grant of PLN 43,200
• city's own contribution 43 200 PLN
