Important changes to the Clean Air Programme

Purchase and installation coal boiler under the Clean Air Programme is only possible up to 31 December 2021 As of 1 January 2022, there will be no subsidy for this heat source in clean air programme.

Transitional period by the end of 2021 is linked to the fact that the programme allows for the start of 6 months before the date of submission of the grant application. everyone who apply for funding, purchase and install a coal boiler for On 31 December 2021, they will have this cost eligible for the grant.

timpani will be co-financed provided:

  • Assembly application for a grant covering the coal boiler by 31 December 2021 R.
  • Purchase coal boiler by 31 December 2021,
  • Issue invoices for boiler and assembly by 31 December 2021.

Above condition does not apply to applications submitted before the date of entry into force of the amendments to the (planned from 1 July 2021).

The the changes are based on the European Commission, the provisions of the National Reconstruction Plan and the Polish Order, as well as the existing anti-smog resolutions in the various provinces that order the replacement of old coal boilers and limit the the possibility of using solid fuel – coal.

 

Increase income thresholds in the second part of the programme

The amendment aims to harmonise the income thresholds of the Clean Air and Stop Smog programmes, thus more people will benefit from an increased level of funding in the Clean Airborne." A one-time non-refundable grant will amount to PLN 37,000.

For farms single-person income threshold will rise to 175% of the lowest pension, i.e. to PLN 2,189.04 (about PLN 229 higher than at present). For multi-person farms income threshold will be set at 125% of the lowest pension at person, i.e. up to PLN 1,563.60 (about PLN 164 more than at present).

It is planned that the increase in income thresholds will apply from 1 July 2021, i.e. after the relevant provisions have been entered in the Clean Air Programme.
