Acceptance of applications for the determination of the right to family benefits and from the maintenance fund

The Faculty of Benefits of the Elk City Council electronic acceptance of applications for the establishment of the right to benefits maintenance fund for the 2021/2022 period. From 1 applications will also be possible traditionally (in person or through the by mail).

Applications for the establishment of the right to family benefits and from the maintenance fund for the 2020/2021 period are accepted until 31 July only electronically. However, from 1 August it will be possible to submit proposals by post or in person at the Elk City Hall.

Income criteria :

Maintenance fund benefits will be available from 1 October if the family income per person in the family does not exceeds 900 PLN.

Family benefits are payable if the family income is person in the family does not exceed the amount PLN 674, criterion for a family with a disabled child PLN 764.

In determining the right to family benefits and maintenance fund will take into account the income for 2020 from the loss and income.

Periods benefits:

Benefits from the Maintenance Fund: from 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2022.

Benefits family: from 1 November 2021 to 31 October 2022.

Rules submission of applications:

Application for benefits from the Fund Maintenance:

If the applicant submits a complete and correct completed application by 31 August, the granting and payment of the october benefits will be provided by 31 October.

The submission of the application in September will rights to benefits and their payment for October and November will take place no later than 30 November. Where an application is submitted in October, the the granting and payment of the benefit for October, November and December will be no later than 31 December.

remark. Please note that as a result of the application later than October, the right to parental benefit will be established from the month of submission of the application, without compensation for the previous months within the applicable benefit period.

Proposals for the establishment of entitlement to benefits Family:

When an applicant submits an application for together with the required documents by 31 August, the determination of the right to benefits and the will be paid by 30 November.

Submission of the application together with the required documents from 1 september to 31 October, will establish the right to benefits and payment by 31 December.

remark. Please note that as a result of the application later than November, entitlement to family allowance will be determined from the date of month of submission of the application, without compensation for the previous months under the the applicable benefit period.
