How to be an Athlete Parent? Active Foundation invites you to a seminar

Ladies and Gentlemen, for the first time in Ełk we direct activities to Parents of Athletes (small and large). The psychological and dietary seminar "How to be a Parent of an Athlete?" will concern the communication of a parent with a competitor and nutrition of an athlete. Seminar will take place on October 29 (Friday) from 16.00-19.00 in the hall conference no. 36 in a non-governmental tenement house at 3 Małeckich Street. Registration is required.

Being a Parent is a difficult thing, and being an Athlete Parent is doubly so! How to talk to a child after a loss, how to celebrate a win? How to motivate, how to cool down pre-start emotions? How to nourish? There are many questions and intuition sometimes fails.
That is why the Active Foundation together with the Young Athlete Academy invite you to a psychological and dietary seminar entitled:
October 29, 2021, seminar plan:

16:00-18:00 - Meeting with psychologist Karolina Mróz
The main topics of the meeting will be:
1. General familiarization with the concept of psychology in sports.
2. Techniques and tools to help build the child's/player's engagement/motivation.
3. Communication and support of the child/player in exceptional situations, i.e. success, failure, important events, etc.
4. Important areas related to the support of the child / athlete in sport, which are worth developing.- techniques and tools.
18:00-19:00 - Meeting with dietitian Karolina Grajewska
The main topics of the meeting will be:
1. Nutrition athlete - what to eat before and after training / competition
2. Ideas for healthy and nutritious breakfasts for the Athlete

Participation in the seminar is free of charge. The number of places is limited. Participation is determined by the order of applications.
