The Mayor of the City of Ełk publishes the list of residential premises intended for sale by means of an unrestricted oral tender

" Mayor of the City of Ełk
acting pursuant to Article 35(1) of the Real Estate Management Act of 21 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1990, of 2019, item 2020 and of 2021, items 11, 234, 1551 and 1561)
make public
that, at the headquarters of tut. On 26.10.2021 – 15.11.2021, a list of residential premises No. 5, located in building No. 9 at Generała Władysława Sikorskiego Street in Ełk, intended for sale by means of an unlimited oral tender together with the sale of shares in land plots marked No. 144/2 and 144/4, was posted on the bulletin board (first floor).
Additional information in this case will be provided by the Department of Spatial Planning and Real Estate Management at the Ełk City Hall, room 235, tel. 877326135."
