In response to the announcement of open recruitment for members of the selection board who are representatives of the organisation non-governmental or listed entities in Article 3(3) of the Act on Beneficial Activities no offer was made for public and volunteering.

Therefore, the composition of the committee a competition giving opinions on tenders submitted as part of open tender competitions for the implementation of the tasks of the self-government of the city of Ełk will be made up only of representatives of the executive body of the self-government the city of Ełk.

I appoint as members of the committee a competition giving opinions on tenders submitted as part of open tender competitions for the implementation of the tasks of the ełk city government in 2022 as follows: People:

a) Arthur Urbański - Deputy President;

b) Irena Podlecka - Head of Department social policy;

c) Margaret Pikus - Head of the Department of Education;

d) Aneta Ruszczyk - Director of the Municipal Centre Social Assistance in Ełk.

Heads of Departments and Director organizational unit appoint a substantive employee from a subordinate department/unit in the event that other official duties prevent evaluation of tenders or participation in a meeting of the selection board.

Giving opinions on offers takes place using an electronic witkac.pl system.

Unanimously Article 15(2e) of the Act on Beneficial Activities public and volunteering in the work of the selection board may take participation of persons with specialist knowledge in the field covering the scope of public tasks for the implementation of which tenders have been submitted.

For organization and coordination the work of the selection board is the responsibility of the Cooperation Office with Non-Governmental Organizations of the City of Ełk.
