Central Register of Emissivity of Buildings (CEEB)

Owners and managers of residential and non-residential buildings are required to report heating sources for the Central Register of Emissivity of Buildings (CEEB). The declaration can be submitted online or at the Ełk City Hall until June 30 b.r.

The purpose of creating the Central The Emissivity Records of Buildings (CEEB) is to improve air quality, fight against smog and help in the exchange of so-called "cinderellas". Obligation to notify of the register exists from 1 July 2021.

Into when to make a declaration?

  • for sources of heat and fuel combustion, which was launched before July 1 2021 – the declaration should be submitted by 30 June 2022
  • for a new heat source that was launched after July 1, 2021, the declaration must be submitted within 14 days of its activation.

How make a declaration?

  • By electronic via the Internet via a trusted profile, signature qualified or e-evidence on the www.zone.gov.pl
  • in paper form – the completed form should be submitted to the City Hall Ełk in the General Chancellery.
