The lists of projects that received have been officially announced co-financing from the Government Road Development Fund. The city of Ełk acquired a total of over PLN 5.4 million, i.e. for the construction of streets:

Grunwaldzka and Jagiełło – over PLN 2.3 million

It is planned to rebuild a 155-meter section of Grunwaldzka Street and construction of a 420-meter fragment of Jagiełło Street.

Pilecki and Fieldorf Nila on the Konieczki street – over PLN 3.1 million

The construction of the streets will connect the new housing estate, as well as join the Kolonia Street, which leads traffic towards DK 16 and the future S61 (Via Baltica). Therefore the construction of two streets is planned, i.e. Pileckiego (331 meters) and Fieldorfa Nila (391 meters).

The amounts raised represent 70% of the eligible costs in each of the Investment. Now the procedure for the preparation of grant agreements is underway. On the other hand, the implementation of the investment will be possible after tenders and the selection of contractors.
