The first group of artists received scholarships on 7 February, while on 15 March the president received their scholarships. met with the second group of scholarship holders. Today scholarships were received by:

1. Małgorzata Natalia Trojanowska (category – vocals)

Outstanding vocalist - soprano, graduated with honors Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw (solo singing).

2. Jacek Brzoznowski (category - music)

A graduate of the Academy of Music in the field of conducting symphonic and opera, winner of awards in numerous music competitions domestic and foreign.

3. Anna Sochacka (category - theatre, dance)

Director, dancer, actress, performer, choreographer, artistic pedagogue.

4. Katarzyna Marta Szkatuła (category - music)

Talented flutist, she has numerous successes in the country and abroad, a student of class V of the Ignacy Music School Complex Paderewski in Bialystok II degree

The scholarship is intended for people especially talented people who represent a high artistic level, inhabiting or operating in our city. It recognises the the candidate's achievements are also a form of support for further artistic development artists, creators of culture and art.

Artistic scholarships have been awarded since 2013. In within 10 years, 104 scholarships were awarded, for the amount of PLN 396,000.
