Move registration for free vaccination against human papillomavirus (HPV) for girls aged 9 - 14 years registered in the city of Ełk.
The Mayor of the City of Ełk and Pro-Medica w Ełk Sp.z.o.o. invite you to free prophylactic vaccination against the human papillomavirus (HPV).
Vaccinations are intended for girls aged 9 - 14 years registered in the city of Ełk.
Registration for vaccinations begins on April 13 this year on working days - from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at the following telephone number: 87 621 96 07.
The number of vaccines is limited. The order of applications is decisive.
