New communal apartments will be built in Ełk

As part of another investment at
Kolejowa Street will be built as a multi-family residential building. Total available
there will be 36 new apartments that will benefit the residents of Ełk. For implementation
the city obtained over PLN 5 million from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
The tender procedure for the construction has ended a multi-family building with communal apartments at Kolejowa Street in Ełk. For the implementation of this investment the city has obtained funding in the amount of over PLN 5 million from the Subsidy Fund in as part of the implementation by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego of the government program municipal construction. In the new of a multi-family building will be built 36 apartments. Additionally developed there will be a playground, parking spaces, sidewalks and greenery. Completion of works is planned for October 2023.
