A targeted subsidy from the budget of the city of Ełk may be receive sports clubs conducting sports activities in the city Elks, not operating for profit, which participate in organized sports competition in team disciplines and Individual.

A prerequisite for applying by clubs sports for a grant for the implementation of the task, is:

• association in the sports club of players practicing a specific sport discipline and holding a player's license, issued by an authorized Polish association sports, application form or other document entitling to participate in the sports competition,
• Achieving significant results in national or international competition confirmed by relevant documents.

The grant may be used for co-financing the implementation of the requested task in the field of sport development, and in in particular:

• Implementation sports training programmes for players and training staff;
• purchase sports equipment;
• covering the costs of organising or participating in sports competitions;
• covering the cost of using sports facilities for the purpose of sports training;
• Finance sports scholarships awarded by the club on the basis of regulations accepted by the President of the City of Ełk.

For this purpose, the city budget allocated financial resources in the amount of PLN 68 thousand. Amount of co-financing from the budget the city of Ełk may account for no more than 90 % of the total planned costs implementation of the proposed project.

Application together with the required annexes must be submitted by the deadline of 10 June 2022
