The offer of the calendar of events organized in July in Ełk includes cultural, sports and entertainment events, among which are m.in.:

• II edition - Festival of Open-Air Theatres "Bez curtains" (3-10 July) – in different parts of the city you will be able to see performances and shows.
• Beach Volleyball Korona in EGO (July 3) - tournament men's beach volleyball.
• Aqua Fiesta (July 3) - swimming marathon and canoeing on lake Elk.
• Ełk Organ and Chamber Music Concerts (July 3) - XIV Edition 2022 - The idea of Organ and Chamber Music Concerts is presenting valuable works to the inhabitants of Ełk and the surrounding area.
• Summer at the Museum. Tuesdays on the Queue (5, 12, 19, 26 July)- creative workshops for children, guided tour of the exhibition, driving trolley on time, theatrical performances.
• Train to Culture 2022 (July 6, 20) - transfers a historic narrow-gauge railway connected with concerts at the station in Sypitki.
• Elk Latin Festival (July 8-10) - lovers Latin dances improve their skills under the supervision of qualified instructors from Polish and abroad, and the initial groups learn the basics.
• Lotto 3×3 Quest (9-10 July) - in Ełk there will be another qualifying tournament for the Polish Basketball Championship 3×3.
• 27th Masurian Cabaret Summer "Mulatka" (14-17 July) – cabarets from all over Polish are fighting for the title of the best.

• Polish Water Ski Championships for motorboat (23-24 July) – competitions in water skiing, jumping behind a motorboat.
• V Ełk Festival of Literature and Music "Ełk, will be read" (29-31 July) - a festival of literature and music, during which m.in meetings with authors and concerts are held.
