First the implementation stage covers the eastern part of the yard from the terrain stairs to the height of the building at 41 Wojska Polskiego Street to the tunnel in the building at ul. Wojska Polskiego 35, without entrance and parking from Ciche Street.

Scope the contract includes the revitalization of the area, including m.in.: land replacement, execution access roads, parking spaces and road markings. They will be laid new sidewalks, installed park benches, trash cans and lighting of the area. There will also be a playground for children. On the revitalized area planted there will be plants.

Cost performance of works on the basis of a contract with the contractor is PLN 833,478.71 gross. Planned date completion of revitalization is 5-6 months.
