Announced list of projects qualified for co-financing under the Government Fund Polish Order. The city of Ełk raised PLN 2 million. for land development Investment. The area that the Ełk local government wants to develop is located in the industrial zone in the area at Bema Street. Investment areas are located in close proximity to the S61/S16 roads. Currently, these are wastelands requiring the basic technical infrastructure necessary for locating Investment. There is also no separate municipal road.

Total area plots belonging to the city of Ełk is 2.8 ha. The scope of the investment includes construction of a public municipal road and internal roads. Networks will be made water and sewage, rainwater, as well as teletechnical channel and lighting.

The investment will be implemented if it is possible to select a contractor in the tender procedure
