Criteria Profitable:

Benefits from the maintenance fund will be due from 1 October, if the family income in terms of a person in the family will not exceed PLN 900.

Family allowances are payable if income of the family per person in the family does not exceed PLN 674, criterion for a family with a disabled child 764 PLN.

Request for granting a benefit from the maintenance fund:

If the applicant submit a complete and correctly completed application by 31 August, the award and payment of the benefit for October will take place by October 31.

Submission of an application in September will cause that the determination of the right to benefits and their payment for October and November will take place no later than November 30. Where the application will be submitted in October, the granting and payment of the benefit for October, November and December shall be no later than 31 December.

Remark. remember that as a result of submitting the application later than October, the right to the parental benefit will be determined from the month of submission of the application, without compensation for earlier months within the applicable period benefit.

Conclusions in on the determination of entitlement to family allowances:

When a person the applicant will submit an application with the required documents by 31 August, determination of the right to benefits and their payment will take place by 30 November.

Applying together with the required documents from September 1 to October 31, will determination of the right to benefits and their payment by 31 December.

Remark. remember that as a result of submitting an application later than November, the right to the child benefit will be determined from the month of application, without compensation for earlier months within the applicable benefit period.
