XV Masurian Balloon Competition for the Cup of the President of the City of Ełk took place. Including
22 crews from three countries (Poland, Lithuania and Estonia) competed in two
categories: Women's Polish Balloon Championship and Polish Balloon Cup.
The weather was good and this year we managed to implement all 5 planned
Starts.
