Thermal modernization of the building reduces the need for heat and thus reduces the cost of its heating while improving thermal comfort.

For this purpose, the city has obtained over PLN 7 million. Scope orders include, m.in:

• execution of demolition and earthworks,
• insulation of the building, including: insulation of roofs, insulation of above-ground and underground walls,
• replacement of windows with window sills,
• door replacement,
• renovation of chimneys,
• renovation of the external stairs and terrace,
• renovation of roofs above the entrances to buildings - insulation polystyrene foam, replacement of the cover
• renovation of steel gratings and balustrades.

Completion of the investment is planned by November 30, 2023 r.

Co-financing in the amount of over PLN 7 million comes from the ROP Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship for the years 2014-2020.
