In This year's edition of the Melanoma Prevention Program is attended by 8 Ełk primary schools (7th and 8th grades). During the lessons, students will get acquainted primarily with the materials developed and delivered by the organizers.

Module of the program assumes conducting lessons for students based on scenarios developed by the Melanoma Academy – scientific section of the Polish Society Oncological Surgery, which includes specialists in the field of Oncology.

By means of prevention, knowledge of symptoms, knowledge of diagnosis and treatment, we can lead to a halt to the increasing incidence of Melanoma.

Program is implemented in cooperation with the Onkoma Student Scientific Club operating at the Department of Gastroenterology Oncology at the National Institute of Oncology Maria Skłodowska – Curie in Warsaw – National Research Institute (SKN ONKOMA).
