President of Ełk Tomasz Andrukiewicz wished the dignified m.in the jubilee health, joy and the next years lived in the warmth of the family.  Jubilee is an unusual and momentous a moment not only for Mrs. Czesława, but also for her loved ones. During the birthday, guests sang 200 years and they toasted with a glass of champagne.

Mrs. Czesława is one of the the oldest inhabitants of our city, born in 1922 in Bargłowo Ecclesiastical. After the end of World War II, she and her husband, who returned from war, settled in the village of Kulesze (Kalinowo commune). They got a house there and several hectares of land. Together with her husband, she ran a small farm. He has been living in Ełk for 14 years.
