Public Transport:

• All public transport lines will be redirected from Kilińskiego Street in Kochanowskiego Street.
• Created there will be a special communication line between Cemetery No. 1 and 2 thanks to why it will be possible to get to the above-mentioned cemeteries about every half hour. These buses will be marked "Special Line".
• All public transport in the City of Ełk and the Municipality of Ełk will be Free.

Traffic organization:

• 1 November from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. will be closed to vehicle traffic. Cemetery and the newest section of Norwida Street from Matejki Street to Ul. Cemetery.
• On some road sections in the vicinity of cemeteries will be set up additional signs m.in prohibition of stopping, orders to turn.
• 1 November in the Municipal Market (in the area of the stock exchange car park) will be created parking.
• Drive and the passage between Cmentarna and Towarowa streets will be inaccessible to Traffic.
