Grants for co-financing of conservation, restoration or construction works can be granted to objects:

1. entered in the register of monuments or the municipal register of monuments
2. in poor technical condition
3. having significant historical, artistic or artistic significance for Ełk tourist - recreational

Amount to be distributed in the competition is PLN 150,000 (buildings residential and other historic buildings).

For a grant Entities that have legal title to the object entered into the register of monuments and are not included in the public finance sector, i.e. persons natural or organizational units with legal title to real estate, resulting from ownership, perpetual usufruct, permanent management, a limited right in rem or contractual relationship, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection and Care of Monuments.

Applications can be submitted until February 17, 2023 (in the general office of the Ełk City Hall, room 02).

The grant may include m.in.:

• safeguarding, preservation and preservation of the monument
• structural stabilization components of the monument or their restoration
• renewal or supplementation of plasters and architectural cladding or their complete restoration, taking into account the colours characteristic of this monument;
• Renewal or total restoration of window and door joinery, roof truss, roofing Roof
• Execution of insulation damp proof
• purchase of materials conservation and construction necessary to perform works and works,
• purchase and installation of installations burglary and fire and lightning protection.

Total amount subsidies for conservation, restoration or construction works at monuments granted by the minister competent for culture and protection national heritage, provincial conservator of monuments or obtained from other public funds, including from the city budget, may not exceed 100% expenditure necessary to carry out such work or works.
