The Municipality of the City of Ełk as part of the signed agreement with the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management has set up an information and consultation desk to handle for the purposes of the Clean Air Programme.

This will ensure that interested parties programme can receive the necessary assistance in completing and submitting an application for as well as obtain all information about the program.

The point is located in a building at Piłsudskiego 6 in room number 7 and in the building of the Ełk City Hall at Piłsudskiego 4 in room number 243. The points operate from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.

Program The Clean Air Priority provides an opportunity to obtain financial support in the form of grants and/or loans by individuals, homeowners single-family houses for insulating the house, replacement of windows or replacement of the old heating boiler.
