In accordance with the Act of 7 October 2022 on special security arrangements electricity consumers in 2023 due to the market situation electricity, electricity allowance is due to the energy consumer electricity in the household heating heating sources powered by electricity, including pumps Heat.

On February 1, the call for applications for payment of the electrical allowance, received 94 Applications. They are currently under review.

Statutory amount of the electrical allowance for household is 1000 PLN, and if last year's electricity consumption in household exceeded 5 MWh, the electrical allowance is then 1500 PLN.

The payment of electrical allowances will start within the statutory deadline by 31 March this year, after receiving the funds from the state budget.

Refund VAT on gas

At the same time, we would like to remind you that recruitment is currently underway applications for VAT refund for supplied gas fuel in 2023, which can be applied for by people who use fuels gas (natural gas) for heating purposes. This means that natural gas delivered between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023 must be Used for heating a house or apartment. Therefore, VAT refunds will not be received by persons using gas only in the kitchen for cooking, as well as those who heat water with gas utility.

The applicant may be a person who has concluded a contract with an energy company for the supply of gaseous fuel, and the heating source must be entered in the Central Building Emission Register.

Applications Refunds can be applied for until February 29 2024 or within 30 days of receipt of the invoice supply of gaseous fuels. The application must be accompanied by the required documents, including an invoice documenting delivery gaseous fuels by the energy company together with proof of payment pay for this invoice.

The right to a refund will be was granted provided that the household met the criterion income amounting to:

- PLN 2100 for a one-person household,

- 1500 PLN per person in the case of a farm multiplayer.
