On March 14, 2023, the city entered into an agreement with contractor for the construction of a car park located between 11 Listopada streets and Tuwim in Ełk. A total of 57 parking spaces are planned for vehicles, including 3 positions for the disabled, 10 positions for buses and 8 stands for motorcycles.

As part of the construction of parking spaces, it is to be made new surface of manoeuvring roads, sidewalks and entrances made of paving stones concrete, while parking spaces will be paved with openwork. In As part of the task, m.in rainwater drainage and lighting will be built street in LED technology, telecommunication ducts with monitoring vision. As part of the investment, a shed will also be purchased and installed bicycle with side walls.

The task is financed from the city's own resources.

The cost of the task: PLN 759,525.

The deadline for completion of works is the beginning of September 2023 Year.
