Workshop with cooking wild plants will take place as part of the initiative local – "Out of passion for nature" financed from the budget city of Elk. For the meeting, the Center for Environmental Education and the Office The cities of Ełk invite you on Thursday, May 18 at 17:00 to CEE.

Workshop will last about 2 hours and will be led by Hanna Michoń.

Will Many questions can be answered, m.in:

• Where And when to collect wild plants?

• Which one Are the flowers edible?

• How Do you like funkies and young spruce shoots?

• With what plants can be prepared tasty seasonal salads or Lemonade?

Common collecting plants, preparing food and drinks from them, and Tasting these products – all this awaits the participants in a meeting.

Participation In the workshop it is free. The number of places is limited. Decides priority of applications.

In as part of the social initiative "With passion for nature" 14 herbal and culinary workshops will be organized, 8 natural trips m.in to National and Landscape Parks and a meeting with Marcin Kostrzycki entitled "Nature on the screen".
