Universal HPV vaccination program

National Fund The Warmia and Mazury Provincial Branch in Olsztyn informed that from 1 June, vaccination of children aged 12 and 13 against HPV.
Universal HPV vaccination program implements the assumptions and objectives of the National Strategy Oncology for 2020-2030. Complements the free immunization program for children and adolescents for vaccination that protects against diseases caused by HPV.
HPV (Human Papilloma Virus is the name of the human papillomavirus. HPV is responsible for developing cervical cancer, as well as other cancerous diseases. Before HPV infection can be protected by the vaccine.
Ministry Health has prepared an educational campaign, one of the elements of which are posters and leaflets detailing the possibilities of registration and encouraging Vaccination.
