Service Telecare is an innovative tool to support seniors over 65 in Ełk years of age, in particular lonely and sick persons whose health or life may be in real danger, and they are not able to call for help in a way traditional.

Goal the program is to provide round-the-clock duty of the Operational and Alarm Center and his readiness to perform the ordered procedures after receiving a signal from the person covered by telecare services via the "red button alarm".

Centre Operational-Alarm about the triggered alarm and the problem will notify one of the contact persons indicated in the information sheet and, if necessary, calls the ambulance and/or the Police and/or the Fire Brigade at address of the recipient of telecare services.

Currently 60 seniors are supported in Ełk. However, you can still report to the list of people who would like to use such a service.
