Event sports under the name "XVI Half Marathon Ełk and I Ełk Five" will take place on October 1, 2023 at 12.00 in Ełk. Start and the finish line were set at the Ecological Education Center in Ełk.

Carried out There will be distances:

– Half marathon – the length of the route is 21.097 km

Route to 2x loop (10,55 km): city center, promenade by the lake Ełk and the vicinity of the city of Ełk (40% gravel, 30% asphalt, 30% paving stones),

– Quarter marathon – it's 1x loop 10.55 km (60% gravel, 20% asphalt, 20% paving paving),

– Route 5 km will be led on the promenade (10% on asphalt, 90% after the ankle).

Route will have all kilometers marked: from 1 to 20 and There will be 4 nutrition points on it.

In day of the competition Office of the XVI Ełk Half Marathon and I Ełk Five will be located in the Environmental Education Center, ul. Parkowa 12 – in the vicinity of the City Beach in Ełk.

PROGRAM EVENTS:

8:00 – 11:15 – accepting applications and issuing numbers Startup

11:45 – the beginning of the official warm-up,

11:55 – ceremonial opening of the run,

12:00 – start of the run at a distance of 21.097 km, quarter marathon and 5 km

14:00 –picnic

15:00 – closing ceremony of the run (award ceremony)

Condition the start in the XVI Ełk Half Marathon is:

• Reporting to the athlete by:

• Sending by 27 September 2023, 10:00 a.m. – properly completed on-line application form,

• filling application form in the Competition Office on 1 October 2023 and:

• Signing self-declaration of fitness to participate in such a race

• Bringing the relevant entry fee, which is non-refundable.
