From 25 October to 3 November 2023 public consultations will be held on the project entitled "Development of sustainable public transport MOF Ełk and the expansion of the network of bicycle paths in the area of of the city of Ełk – stage I".

The project is divided into 4 tasks:

1. Purchase a zero-emission bus fleet with infrastructure

2. Systems development digitization in order to develop public transport in MOF Ełk

3. Construction/reconstruction public transport infrastructure in order to improve the functionality of public transport Collective

4. Expansion of the road system bicycle in the city of Ełk

Public consultations concern the area of the Municipality of the City of Ełk and are addressed in particular to residents, organizations and entities from the area of the city of Ełk. Their purpose is to collect comments, conclusions, opinions, recommendations to the solutions proposed in the above-mentioned project, aimed at increasing the accessibility of public transport and mobility in the city of Ełk for persons with special needs, including persons with disabilities.

Forms of consultation:

1. Intermediate:

• Passing opinion by post or in person by means of a completed and signed consultation form with a data processing clause, at the time of the consultations, to the address of the Ełk City Hall, 4 Piłsudskiego Street, 19-300 Ełk,

• Passing opinion by e-mail, during the consultation period by means of a sending a scan of the completed and signed consultation form along with the clause for the processing of data to the e-mail address of the strategia@um.elk.pl,

2. Direct:

• Passing opinion directly during an open consultation meeting on 31 October this year from 14:00 to 16:00, in the conference room Ełk City Hall at 4 Piłsudskiego Street,

• Passing opinions directly during the working hours of the Ełk City Hall from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Department of Strategy and Development at 6 Piłsudskiego Street.
