Ełk Cultural Centre in Ełk and the Centre for Culture, Tourism and Sport in Biskupiec – organizer Grand Prix series invites you on November 4 at 9:00 a.m. to the IV Open Chess Tournament for the cup of the President of the City of Ełk.

The tournament allows you to earn points in the International Chess Federation FIDE for chess Quick.
