13. 10 JUBILEE REVIEW OF MUSICAL FAMILIES

How vote? It's really easy!

1. Resident or a resident of the city of Ełk may cast one vote for an investment project and one vote for a non-investment project.

2. A resident may vote:

- electronically on the https://elk.budzet-obywatelski.org/projekty portal, or

-traditionally using a paper card at the Office for Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations at 3/10 Małeckich Street (from Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.).

5. Determination results consists in counting the votes for individual projects and ranking them from the project with the most votes to the project with the fewest votes.

6. In the event of an equal number of votes, a hearing shall be public draw.

7. To projects with a total cost not exceeding the amount of the Ełk Participatory Budget in a given financial year.
