Last week, it was announced that Spring inspections of the condition of the surface of Ełk roads in order to carry out partial repairs of pavements made of concrete elements, and today we inform you on the signing by the Mayor of Ełk of a contract for the execution of "Partial cracks of bituminous roads in the City of Ełk in 2024", which was concluded on Thursday (14 March).

The scope of work includes renovation of cracks in the bituminous pavement by:

-Milling Slots

-Cleansing Slots

- dedusting of the gap with hot drying with compressed air,

-Priming gaps or melting of the vertical walls and the sealing strip along the Slots

- flooding of the crack thermoplastic compound.

The execution of the works is provided for in the On the streets:

-         Kilinskiego Street,

-         11 November,

-         Kajki,

-         Suwalska (behind the bridge),

-         Artisanal,

-         Amber.

Value of the entire task: PLN 102,395.04

The contractor of the works will be the Service and Service Company Production "EUROASFALT" Sp. z o.o.

The city plans to complete the works in the second half of April, before commencing the work of renewing the road markings.
