Municipality of the City of Ełk in under the agreement with the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Economy Water Authority has set up an information and consultation station to serve residents for the purposes of the Clean Air Programme.

Thanks to this, individuals interested in the programme can obtain the necessary assistance in completing and submitting application for funding, as well as obtain all information about the programme.

The point is located in building at 6 Piłsudskiego Street in room number 7 and in the building of the City Hall Ełk at 4 Piłsudskiego Street, room number 243. Points operate from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.

Priority Programme Clean Air is a comprehensive programme that aims to reduce or reduce avoidance of dust and other pollutants released into the atmosphere by single-family homes. The programme focuses on the replacement of old furnaces and solid fuel boilers and thermal modernization of single-family buildings to manage energy efficiently. These actions will not only help protect the environment, But in addition, they will increase the household budget, thanks to financial savings.

Priority Programme Clean Air provides the opportunity to obtain financial support in the form of subsidies and/or loans by individuals, owners of single-family houses on the basis of insulating the house, replacing windows or replacing an old heating boiler. Will implemented in the period 2018-2029, and the total activities under it amount to more than PLN 103 billion.
