Gala of "White Lilli" is an annual event that awards exceptional people who in a special way with their daily work, activity and commitment to the city and its residents, contributing to the promoting Ełk.

The prizes are awarded natural persons, legal persons and other entities for their particular achievements in calendar year or for the overall activity in one of the eight Member States in the category: Patron of Sport, Sportsman of the Year, Artistic Award, Patron of the Year Ambassador of Ełk, Entrepreneur of the Year, Attitude Worth Following, Special Prize.

In this edition of the competition 17 applications were submitted, which were considered by the chapter appointed by the president Elk. 6 prizes and 5 distinctions were awarded.

Ceremonial award gala of the awards took place on June 19, 2024 at the Ełk Cultural Center. Winners honored by the Mayor of Ełk Tomasz Andrukiewicz and the Chairman of the City Council Ełk Michał Tyszkiewicz.

5. Mr. Andrzej Sewastianowicz – President of the Water and Sewerage Company in Ełk – The company was the winner of the White Lily Award in the category of Patron of Sport in 2018.
